I will consume nothing outside of the PLN LifeStyle program. My daily nutritional intake will consist of 1 protein shake made with 10oz Almond Milk and 1/8 cup oats, 4 LifeStyle meals, and nothing else.
I will perform cardio 6 days a week and some form of strength training every day.
I will listen to my body, and take precautions to prevent injury that will stall progress and cause frustration.
